Hi @Zyxel_Emily , The problem is that no one removes the usb storage. I changed the key, tried with our other ATP700 whatever the firmware version, 2 to 4 times a month, the key disconnects. Should I use a usb2.0 drive instead ? PS : the firewall is scheduled to restart once a month.
