Thx, I have come to the same conclusion. The Ally support chat robot talks a lot of rubbish.

No comment, and one week has gone. Seems like no one has been able to find a firmware to download for this device. Can someone, who has this device, here state the version of the firmware that is actually running in their device? Maybe a downloadable bin-file could be found by googling for that file name.
