Isn't this just for one org and the sites under it? If so, that is not what I need.

I can confirm with one of my Nebula Site-Site clients that rebooting both ends did allow the connection to return. I have many more to check this morning.

Can someone from Zyxel please post an update?

That is what I needed. Also, the typo was related to VPN, not FTP. Thanks

In most cases, a reboot cleared ours but we have had 2-3 times a default was required.

This is currently not an issue. A hands-on reboot would normally clear the issue. This is not an issue with configuration, the switches will simply never move to DNS2 if DNS1 is not responding. And often even when DNS1 returns, it will never refresh. Note, the switches work fine during this time, all devices connected to…

I am not sure I am explaining this right from your response. We may have already wasted to much time and lost that sale.

I would really like to work with support to see if we can duplicate the setup that the client is using in their network. If not, this client will be getting a new Sonicwall. I have test hardware in place that we can share access with to show how this is working. Thanks

Chris, The primary firewall runs the primary subnet for the network that all users and devices are on. The OpenVPN router is just connected so traffic can be routed through it.

This is going to be a big issue as I was told differently in a prior conversation. Please make sure everyone knows the feature set of your devices. This makes you and now me look bad. May have to pull your devices and find one that does work now. Also, why are the options listed if they do not work?

This has been resolved. NSG does not allow a single host to be entered, it forces it into network format. We test a lot of firewalls and this is a common item to look out for, example SonicWall forces the opposite. After adjusting the ASA to match, we are connected with two way traffic.
