Hi @Zyxel_Jerry I am still having issues with connections, its not my ISP as I can connect to it directly and have internet. The loss is with the Multy boxes. Can you send me authority to return these units under warranty? I am getting fed up of trying so many things.

Hello @Zyxel_Jerry I am still having bad connection drop offs. Not much in my logs either, just a regular WAN changes I attach my log file. Intermittent drop offs that are not from my provider as I can now connect directly to my ISP router and get the internet. Could you send me an authority to return these units? No. Time…

Hello @Zyxel_Jerry I had repeated problems with this again today. I have decided to try my M1 in Bridge mode to see if that helps. In doing so the main unit has reset back to the old software. Is there any chance I can get it upgraded again?

This just happened again today, I was on a teams call. Satellite Multy M1 went red, others were ok but all connections dropped off and resumed 5 mins later. Nothing in my logs at all.

Hello, I have this problem aswell. Intermittently my satellite drops internet, but is still connected to the primary which has internet connection. When I look at backhaul it says my satellite is to close but that is not the case its quite a distance away. Can you help with this intermittent internet loss? Mine is a 2 hub…
