Hi @Marstons
Thanks for the feedback
We will release firmware next month that will enhance the stability of the mesh connection. Before the official firmware release, we would like to ask if you would be interested in upgrading to date firmware.

Hello @Zyxel_Jerry thanks for the system update, however today I had the same issue where I am on an MS Teams meeting from my laptop connected wirelessly. During the call which was uninterrupted, all other connected devices dropped off the network, cameras, Alexa, Ring and a computer. When the call completed the satellite dropped red and would only reconnect with a power cycle. Do you have any suggestions on this? Also checked my logs on the Multy Internet and nothing was stored, my thinkbroadband report showed some slow ping responses but nothing to obvious.

Hello @Zyxel_Jerry I had repeated problems with this again today. I have decided to try my M1 in Bridge mode to see if that helps. In doing so the main unit has reset back to the old software. Is there any chance I can get it upgraded again?

Hello @Zyxel_Jerry I am still having bad connection drop offs. Not much in my logs either, just a regular WAN changes I attach my log file. Intermittent drop offs that are not from my provider as I can now connect directly to my ISP router and get the internet. Could you send me an authority to return these units?
No.
