If I understand it correctly, it looks like this: Internet --- zyxel --- (netgear + usb hdd) Also: zyxel modem is on 192.268.1.1 and netgear on 192.168.1.254. Is this correct? How do you connect to the usb hd from the LAN side?

Can you check in Maintenance / Remote Management if ftp service is enabled in WAN?
-
Thank you for the confirmation :)

Hi mauri, Could you please try the following: Network setting / NAT Add New Rule Server IP address = ipcam address Start port = End port = 86 (I would use a different, non-standard port, eg. 8686) Translation start port = Translation end port = 86 Protocol = TCP, UDP or ALL (in doubt, use ALL)

Could you try using different ports? Also, I have read that Tiscali version is *way* locked down. :(

Are you using an adblock? Could you try disabling/whitelisting the adblock for the modem ip address?

Hi AAAAL, thank you. Limits for Wireless / General are: Max. Upstream Bandwidth: 999 Kbps Max. Downstream Bandwidth: 8888 Kbps I'm using 2.4GHz network only. If it's relevant, modem syncs at 10488 Down / 1145 Up (Kbps).

Slightly off topic, but still; out of curiosity, how frequently do ISPs update their custom firmware?
-
No idea. Maybe it's one of those "it's not a bug, it's a feature" situations, maybe it's just the buggy wind/Infostrada firmware.

Hi Catfish, try using https via WiFi.

Hi AAAAL, thank you for your reply. If QoS (on this device) is designed only for uplink priority, then it's usefulness is quite limited :(
-
It seems you can get some stats using this OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.890
-
I know, my ISP never released any upgrade at all, and probably won't anymore. Actually, I got better luck compiling the new firmware from sources ;)

Hi AAAAL, firmware version is V5.13(ABIU.0)b5. I think I'll have to get the values via telnet/ssh. Edit: I could try upgrading to 5.13(ABEJ.4)C0 first.

Hi jelv, *if* it's anything like the VMG8823, then you need a supervisor/root user to access the busybox shell.
