  • Could it somehow be negotiating at 1Gb instead of 2.5Gb between the FWA510 and the ONT? Does it show anywhere in the FWA510 GUI that it is connected at 2.5Gb?

  • I can't find much info on the 5103E. It (along with the 5103 in the UK) seems to be a model specific to ISP (Service Providers).   • Hey, I use my NR7101 out to a mast 4KM away. I get anywhere between 200-400Mbps download and 100Mbps upload. Ping between 20-30ms.   • That's a strange one - not come across that before on my NR7101 (coming up 2 years now). I also use a different logon cred and not the default. I know it might be annoying to say, but have you tried a factory reset?

  • Late reply sorry. Yeah in that case I think IP Passthrough with the Fritzbox is correct. As you say, if the SIM/WAN is disconnecting when direct to your machine we can rule that piece of kit out.   • That's not good. I'd make a list just like you've started to do and raise it all in a ticket direct with Zyxel support.   • Yeah doesn't get that cold here unfortunately so can't help; currently temps are around -5ºC. If the UK hit -35ºC there'd be something very wrong in the world. 🤣

  • Definitely does work - I've used it a few times here in the UK to fix the 4G LTE connection on my NR7101. Those people with issues, have you tried a factory reset? I've had issues in past with bits of the GUI/Router not working as intended, post FW updates. Factory reset would then iron out the glitches.
  • Yeah looks like the same for me (Galaxy A54 5G). It opens straight away to the camera now to scan QR code. If you click Help, there is then another link for "manual login". Click that and similarly it shuts down. There is an email of glosupport@zyxel.com on the app page in the Store. I'll email that and see what happens!
