Could be a firmware issue. Wouldn't be first time Three botched and had to do a rollback. Have you been on to their support for help?
-
Is the cat cable and/or POE injector the same one used when you had the original NR7101?
-
Good find! Latest update changed the behaviour perhaps?! 🤨

Thanks @Termidk - confusion arose as you are using the Nebula NR5101 model which wasn't made clear in your OP. Still, interesting to see you both have this issue. Can I double check you have enabled the syslog slider to save the logs locally yes?

Slightly off topic, but, worth noting nevertheless is that the NR5101 will not use the EXT antenna for 4G connectivity. It still relies upon the internal antenna. If like most locations you do not have full fat super amazing stand alone 5G (5G-SA) and instead, like most, use the "fake" 5G-NSA then you will still rely upon…

@Termidk you have a similar issue to @adogontheinternet I note that FW V1.00(ABVC.6)C1 can be downloaded from here: I can't see the FW you have mentioned for the NR5101.

Any network switches in-between that could be causing issues or any old/damaged ethernet cables? Are you more than 100m away from the NR7101? How old are the NR7101 units as sometimes a failing PoE injector could cause weird issues.
-
@adogontheinternet I haven't got my NR5101 powered up at the moment, but when you say… "According to the manual there's a "Mode" drop-down in Network Setting > Broadband > Add or Edit New WAN Interface that selects between "Routing" and "Bridge". I see that drop-down, but it is set to "Routing" and greyed out." Was that…

Could it somehow be negotiating at 1Gb instead of 2.5Gb between the FWA510 and the ONT? Does it show anywhere in the FWA510 GUI that it is connected at 2.5Gb?

Yet reading some online descriptions further I see this… The Nebula FWA510 offers speeds of up to 3.6 Gbps** on dual bands with the latest WiFi 6 (AX3600) standard. Confused much!

That is so weird. Yeah they are saying tri-band. 🤔 I just checked a few UK listings too and they are the same! I'm trying to reach someone on the zyxel chat bot but… i'm getting no where fast lol. If it is tri-band then that is pretty awesome. Reminds me of my old mesh Asus XT12 units. Was nice to have the flexibility of a…

I can't find much info on the 5103E. It (along with the 5103 in the UK) seems to be a model specific to ISP (Service Providers). From what I can see, the FWA510 is probably the one to go for and more recent. I found the UK spec list here: It definitely isn't tri-band. But has plenty of good stuff. Looks to support…

Hey, I use my NR7101 out to a mast 4KM away. I get anywhere between 200-400Mbps download and 100Mbps upload. Ping between 20-30ms. Obviously all depends on ISP load (some over subscribe big time) and the weather. I've used EE and Smarty (Three UK). Hope this helps. EDIT: Bit more info. I'm also currently using an NR5101…

That's a strange one - not come across that before on my NR7101 (coming up 2 years now). I also use a different logon cred and not the default. I know it might be annoying to say, but have you tried a factory reset?

Pinged you a message @autom4il.
