Trying to use FWA510 to connect to my EE 1.6G ONT. Speed seems to be limited to 600Mb despite 2.5G Ethernet on the ONT and FWA510. The EE router connects at over 1G. Could the FWA510 have been limited? Any thoughts?

Could it somehow be negotiating at 1Gb instead of 2.5Gb between the FWA510 and the ONT? Does it show anywhere in the FWA510 GUI that it is connected at 2.5Gb?

It’s showing 2.5G connection to the router. Maximum speed I get on the router test is 600Mb. EE modem gets 1.6G download but it only has 1G ports. I’ve tried an ASUS GT-AX6000 and it works fine. I wanted a nebula router to match my access points but it just won’t go over 600Mb.

    Hi @SJames ,

Could you let us know how you tested the speed? Did you use a tool like Speedtest or something similar? Also, could you describe your network topology?

Additionally, if your FWA510's firmware is not at version 1.18(ACGD.1)C0, I recommend following the instructions in this article to upgrade to the latest version for optimal performance.
