Hi @Zyxel_Kay, For the start-time of the SSID's the issue is solved. All SSID's start at the correct time. Unfortunately I now see that the DCS schedule is planned for 7:30 AM but this also starts an hour too early at 6:30 AM. I thought you fixed it. Maybe there two seperate settings for this?

Hi @Zyxel_Kay This morning when the SSID's enabled it was 6:00 AM (office) en 7:00 AM (guest). This should be 7:00 AM (office) and 8:00 AM (guest). Probably I can see this tonight then, because you fixed it later this morning I think… Correct?

Hi @Zyxel_Kay, Thanks for your response. I've set the time to CET (Amsterdam) in the Site settings already. Still the SSID's stop an hour to early. It looks to me that NTP overrides the Site settings or maybe the Daylight saving time is not added to the timezone? I can turn on the support for you. Ok?

Hello @Zyxel_Nami, Best wishes for 2024! It seems that issue is gone. Print jobs come out immediately 90% of the time. Sporadically it's necessary to pause a print job and restart it. We're happy with this result and hope that it stays this way. Thanks for all the effort of you and the support-team in fixing this issue.

It's improved a bit. Sometimes it still takes a few minutes waiting before the print comes out. This was with the 5Ghz band sometimes half a day. I will keep monitoring it for 2 more weeks and let you know the outcome.

Hi Nami, I've split the SSID's with one for the 5Ghz-6Ghz band and one for the 2,4Ghz band, based on HP and your earlier request beginning this year. HP also said that the printer performs best on one band. The printer was solely connected to the 5Ghz band until now. That 5Ghz band was advised by HP as the best band for…

I've already rebooted the printer this morning. No change at all. I've rebooted it again.

I've setup the reboot schedule for Monday's at 7:00 and 7:30AM, why didn't it reboot then? I've tried printing and still can't print. Website of the printer is also not available and I can't ping either.

Hello Nami, This morning the prints won't come out anymore. It worked for a few weeks and now it's broken again. I can't reach the printer (AP02) from my workstation (AP01). Can you start an investigation now by any chances? Let me know.

Thanks Nami. I missed this. Good to know it's now possible. You will understand that I'm going to wait a little longer to see if the print-issues come back. If they come back I will firstly let you know. We can then setup a remote session to investigate deeper.
