Yes, the WAN setting is correct. as per ISP no issue at their end. update from TAC - I have taken a packet capture on the up-link of WAN 1 and we can see that there is no response to the PADI packet being sent by the MX. This suggests an upstream issue suspecting the issue is with the modem firmware.
