You have to enable in the GUI the backup firmware via CLI like the old one end the play is done Search in the forum for the right command, I found it there

I asked the support and it look like USG series is End-Of-Life and therefore there will be no further firmware, just WK if really important bugs emerge, and for a limited time period, time to upgrade ti a new ATP or FLEX device...
