Hi I need to change the email adress on an account and I dont have the permission to do so, could you please help me.

I cant contact aupport to changa my mail adress, where, witch site link or whatever ??? This is stacking up your support not allowing user to alter there contact information. My mail is discontinued and I need ti change mail. You said contact support, where ?
