May you able to visit and listen to Spotify(play.spotify.com) via your browser? I just see the discussion in the Spotify forum. https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/A-firewall-may-be-blocking-Spotify-Please-update-your-firewall/td-p/4506619 One of the solution is to correct the country setting of your account.…

Do you mean the Failover feature or something else?

@MGK , I just follow the steps from the link you provide and I can establish L2TP VPN between my Ubuntu(18.0.4) and my NSG100. I just use like what the website says: Phase 1 Algorithms: 3des-sha1-modp1024 Phase 2 Algorithms: 3des-sha1 If you use different, maybe you may share what algorithms you use.

Did you configure the static route on the uplink router? I think the packet routing from 192.168.2.0/24 to 192.168.10.0/24 should need static route.

From your description, it seems your topology is simple and there should be no issue when you set all things up. What actual problem do you encounter?

In my understanding is yes, you should be able to login VPN with multiple account. Did you see anything related to VPN in the event logs?

I had the same problem before I saw the post https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/1999/connection-vpn-l2tp-over-ipsec-from-windows Maybe you may try it first. B)

If your purpose is to let it easier when you use a script, what is the difference between ssh admin@192.168.1.1 \r password \r show system-information \r and ssh admin@192.168.1.1 "show system-information" \r password \r They are all written in one script, right?

I have a GS1900-8 (firmware just upgrade from V2.30 to V2.40) too but no such reboot issue. My topology is [Zyxel USG]---[GS1900-8]--- LACP---[NAS]. (NAS model is QNAP TES3085U, firmware version: 4.3.4.0463) After I read you guys' discussion above, it seems like Fritz Box maybe not the only reason to let GS1900 reboots…

Hi @Zyxel_Jason, After I've checked the ARP table on my PC, the IP for 192.168.1.1 had changed to Zyxel MAC address. And noticed that I still cannot connect to Zyxel admin page. Then, I changed my browser to the incognito window and I can successfully log in. So I think it is related to the browser cache, I'll clean it up…
