I recall having a similar issue with my 326 a while back. The solution was to change the name of the nas itself and twonky server name. I still don't know why that fixed it, I can only share what I experienced. 

Not sure how to achieve it natively on device but if you have a computer that can access a shared folder on the nas, you can map that as a network drive (in windows) and point the plex server software to that shared folder.
