You can use:1. "myZyXEL Findme" official website (https://findme.zyxel.com/)2. "IP Scanner" software (such as Advanced IP Scanner)3. Directly type "http://Server Name" on browser (ex: http://NAS326)To find your NAS326.

Do you mean you want to access your NSA320, but you don't know its IP address? If yes, you can download "IP Scanner" tool to find its IP address.

You can go to Storage Manager > Internal Storage > Disk Group to expand volume on Manage option.

How do you connect to NAS326? Does NAS326 has the IP address? Do you able to access NAS326's web interface?

Here is the reset information from User's Guide. Please make sure press the power button until you hear two beeps. If it still not works, I suggest you to contact ZYXEL local support.

Have you try to reset and reinstall Aurora? It seems not normal. I never meet this problem in my ZYXEL camera. But what do you mean "i can see the three pictures"? Is it show on email notification?

Do you mean when you open Aurora App, the camera will show offline? Or ... Can you share what is the firmware version of camera and App version? And what is the LED status?

When you open Aurora App, does it show camera online or offline? Is Zyxel Aurora Cloud Access Camera able to reset and reinstall? I check the definition of LED, white means ready to record videos in low light.
