Hi @MKN Can you share with me your login authentication will be combined with the third-party server or it's your own web server? Did the station see the login page? Joslyn

Hi @boing98 So far, NWA210AX, WAX610D, WAX650S support 160MHz. 1. We have to configure the 160MHz in the AP list. Access point > Configure > Radio settings > Access point. 2. It is 160MHz if there are 8 channels. 3. We will implement 160MHz in the channel width list in the future. Joslyn

Hi @boing98 As I mentioned in previous response, the channel-width setting here is for site wide setting. NCC will push this configuration for all APs in the AP list. So far, not all models support 160MHz. To avoid mis-configuration from customers' side, we will not list 160MHz here. Joslyn

Hi @whiplash If the device keeps rebooting automatically, could you check the power supply? The AP is power up by adapter or PoE? Rebooting also might be caused by power. If the power is enough as AT power but the AP keeps rebooting, we suggest to send the AP to RMA process. Joslyn

Hi @whiplash Can you provide the current firmware version for me? As you mentioned you upgrade the firmware via shell, is it FTP? Please try to upgrade the firmware via FTP which will be faster. If the upgrade process is successful but keep rebooting automatically, we suggest you to contact with you reseller and send the…

Hi @Sean You can find the setting at Access point > Configure > AP & port settings > General setting > AP LED lights, and disable the function. Joslyn

Hi @RGMConsulting The longest procedure to let AP be online is around 15 minutes(include change mode, apply configuration, and apply firmware.), and the LED status(flashing yellow and green) means the AP is booting up or it is looking for NCC. Please ensure the AP is booting up successfully. (Confirm the AP gets IP…
