Hi Melen, strange enough, it is working again today. I've tried with the same browsers on different devices where it did not work yesterday and now it is just fine. No idea if that was some temporary glitch on WhatsApp or anything else. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Major SW releases are very often subject to special attention and thorough testing (both new features and regression). This to avoid any unforeseen issues and better assess the risks such new SW can bring along. Given that budgets for small companies are often limited, investments into a dedicated test environment are…

I've just configured WAN Failover with a Mikrotik LtAP LTE6 AP on a USG 500 Flex, using Least Load First and it is working fine. Fully agree though hat there is a need for Zyxel to make this clearer and provide more details of the different algorithms in context of Failover. I've also tried with Policy Routes and albeit…

From the datasheets, I've captured the performance data from 23 models and put it into an Excel sheet. Here the chart. Please note that USG2200 has a SPI firewall throughput of 25000 and the chart only shows values for up to 10000. This for better readability.

@Nebula_Chris: is there any performance comparison available for USG, USG Flex, ATP and NSG for IDP, AV, CF? With all the security platforms now available, it is getting harder and harder for me to understand which one to choose. Today I am running an NSG300 and USG60 and would like to evolve to a single platform. Also:…

Hi Dave Zyxel fixed it directly on my NSG. Reach out to Nebula_Chris. You'll probably need to open a support ticket too. Regards Walter

Thanks, Chris. I’ve opened a support case. wrt NSS: no further information visible either. Regards Walter

Hi @Nebula_Chris thanks for your help. I've set it up and it works fine. I've also figured out that you can add several destination addresses, separating them by a comma and also several ports into the same rule. This comes closer to the "objects" definitions with the USG. Nonethless, one thing that I do not understand is…

Hi @Nebula_Irene I have been configuring my NSG this way, having 3 public IPs for my servers. Inbound access works fine but I am having the issue that for any outbound traffic, it does not use the public IP of the Virtual server but rather the public IP of the NSG. This causes issues with an email server where the MX…

Would be great if this could be raised to the wish list. In the meantime: any recommendations for a reliable LTE modem that can be connected via ethernet? Of course, assuming that NSG supports WAN failover, does it? It does: https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/922/dual-wan-failover-active-passive-mode Regards Walter

Hi, could you please share the workaround in this forum or pm me? I am having the same issues with port 443 and 80 which I need for regular access to the web server behind my NSG300. Thanks, Walter
