Hi Nami! I turned off WIFI dongle and Bluetooth dongle, and it worked. Guess one of that things was conflicting with 192.168.1.3 Thank you! 8)

No switch is not connected to any server. All IPs are static. It connects PC to NAS. Web UI worked a while ago, now it's not
