Correct. But I can reach and contact all the devices on my network (access points, servers, laptops, desktops, printers), all available. That's exactly what I can't understand. The interfaces are all active. The only thing I didn't do was connect the switch to the zyxel nebula cloud.

Hi Fred, I think you are making a mistake. The orange LED indicates that the port is delivering current. The links on those ports are also gigabit. Tested directly by taking a laptop and connecting it to any of the Ethernet ports. The link turns on at 1000 mbps but there is no visual indication via led. On the other hand,…

Hi all, the phones are cisco model 6851 and have gigabit ports. Therefore, it is not a link speed problem
