Hi, thanks for the links. I went through all the steps, but the problem persists. I've also compared all the settings between the two laptops. What confuses me the most is that the 'old' laptop can access the NAS w/o authentification although I've deleted all records in the credentials manager.

Hi, thank you for the quick replay and the hint. I've uninstalled the 'zyxel-samba-replacement' package and now it works again :)
