hello, i am from Greece too , did you find a solution?. i have a similar problem since yesterday the router appears to be connected to 5g but no internet is passing through. when i switch to 4g mode it works again and after a while i can enable 5g again and it works too.

hello , just a heads up zyxel provided a new firmware for testing Scan for 4g/5g exist as an option now 5g cell id is reported correctly on interface log not loading was a browser incompatibility hopping for more bug fixes but this was a good step in the right direction
