Hey guys, Just wanna update that the problem has been solved. So this morning my ISP came to change the Router from Zyxel to D-Link. And it works fine with Port Forwarding for port 80/443. Thank you!

Hey @mMontana The Level 1 support ain't working. Gonna wait for other support. Altho it's CPE, it's still point back to Zyxel, right? Since it is still a Zyxel product to begin with.

Aaahhh.. Understood. Alright, will ask them later on. If they asked me to ask the supplier support, then I'll come back here.. 

Hmmm.. initially they gave me a TP-Link router. But then the signal was not strong. Then they changed to this router, which I could not search the model. Haha. But what do you mean by refused to support as CPE?
