EX3220-T0 Cannot Port Forwarding 80 443

Hello,

I have a Zyxel EX3220-T0 router which was provided by my ISP.

I am currently want to do some port forwarding, but then encounter a problem where I cannot do for port 80 and 443.

Below are the details:-

1) My router + Firmware

2) I changed the ports for the web interface

3) And still could not port forward as they were reserved by system (but not using it since the ports were changed?)

Need help on this.

Regards.

    Hey guys,

Just wanna update that the problem has been solved.

So this morning my ISP came to change the Router from Zyxel to D-Link.
And it works fine with Port Forwarding for port 80/443.

    Thank you!

Your ISP refused to support a device provided as CPE? Quite strange.

Hmmm.. initially they gave me a TP-Link router. But then the signal was not strong.
Then they changed to this router, which I could not search the model. Haha.

But what do you mean by refused to support as CPE?

If the ISP provided it to you, maybe you should ask to them, because it's them property?

    Aaahhh.. Understood.

Alright, will ask them later on.
If they asked me to ask the supplier support, then I'll come back here..

I do hate zyxel for this they do it on high end USG yet they only do it for 80 and 443 and ask you to change to login port but they don't do it for 21,22 and 23 as of yet.

Its been years that the router can have the login on port 80 and 443 and port forward to your LAN at the same time and zyxel went we are not going to do that any more WHY it worked or did you get too many idiots with “I locked myself out the login” yes they are idiots login is fine by LAN not by WAN when forwarding them ports it is not that hard to understand when you have one IP just change it back to how we did port forwarding when them ports are entered bring up a box that says “type the following “I understand I might lock myself out of the router””

    Hey @mMontana

The Level 1 support ain't working. Gonna wait for other support.

Altho it's CPE, it's still point back to Zyxel, right? Since it is still a Zyxel product to begin with.

    Hi zaimzazali,

Thanks for raising this question. The FW version of EX3220 is customized so we will discuss with ISP if it must be modified in future.

    Hello,

I have the same firmware version like the original poster. Is there any solutions to this issue? Really need to forward port 80 and 443 to my homelab machine on the network. Thank you.
