  Hi halter, I follow the steps in Zyxel_Cooldia's post and it works! I can get the email notification when the traffic matches the security policy. You can try it again.

  Hi iojeda If the tunnel is up successfully but no traffic pass, it might be blocked by security policy or mis-configuration on policy route.

  ZyWALL USG 20 and USG20-VPN are different models.The latest firmware for USG 20 is 3.30 (BDQ.9). That's why it is impossible to upgrade USG 20 to 4.20.
