USG20W-VPN supports one radio profile only, so it can't work simultaneously in 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

For internal wireless, USG20W-VPN support one channel at one time.
Go to Configuration>Object>AP Profile>Radio, you will see the default profile is 2.4G channel, and default2 profile is 5G channel.
Go to Wireless>AP management>Select which channel and SSID profile you want to use
