Hello @HelloWorld1 That is mean you're not the owner in this org. you can check the owner account in Organization-wide> Administrators, and use this account or ask this owner to escalate your account as "delegate user" as following screenshot.
-
Hello @HelloWorld1 If you are the organization owner or delegate user, you can transfer the license in MSP portal.
-
@frenki It should not have the problem and we didn't receive any cases that device broken because pulling the power off. :)

@Marcolz Please be aware there is the asterisk and the footer in datasheet, 1.2Gbps is the UDP throughput the TCP is at least 500Mbps, your test result is much better than that.If you expect to GB throughput then NSG300 can fulfill this, but it's depends on the scenario if there is not much users or particular service…

Hello @Marcolz Welcome to the community, about the Echo dot4 issue can you activate the support request in Nebula, Help page then I can access to your org. to confirm the setting. (private message me your org. and site name. ) I can see you have raise another post for the throughput question, will reply you there. :)
-
@brp Welcome to the Nebula community! :) Is there a number (throughput/speed) you can provide when it's slow? And you can refer to our datasheet for NSG VPN throughput, please note that it is UDP throughput and NSG100 is around 60Mbps(TCP) and NSG200 is around 200Mbps.
-
@Pook Thanks for your input, it's in our roadmap we still need to evaluate therefore the schedule is TBD, so stay tuned here. :)
-
@Pook So, it's the DHCP feature, correct? :)
-
@Pook Do you mean to specify the particular client from dynamic DHCP to the static DHCP in client page?Similar as USG.
