  • Hi @Cyber_IT 的確有看到不知為何從5/21早上一直到5/22下午設備有off line的現象, 請問這兩天貴公司對外線路(HK)有做任何改動的行為嗎? 另外關於port forwarding的設定, 可能要從VPN50 (TW) 上面那台router去設定這樣我們才有辦法遠端SSH到 Site TW檢查設備狀態 為加快處理速度, 可以麻煩您將您的skype資訊用PM傳給我,我們會試著跟您聯絡看要怎麼加快處理這個狀況
  • Hi @Cyber_IT 請問你這台設備是掛在NAT router 後面嗎? 我看到它IP 是10.1.x.x所以前面應該還有一台NAT router, 可能還要請您協助開啟port forwarding (port 22)

  • Hi @Cyber_IT 透過Orchestrator 我們看到有兩個site (TW, HK) 有顯示不出Monitor 頁面的現象, 請問我們可以SSH到這兩台設備檢查狀態並且試著修復嗎? 另外這兩台設備前端是否有firewall之類的設備阻擋ssh連線? 若有請協助暫時開啟port 22 謝謝

  • Hi @Axel If you have the device (USG110) in hand, please login to the device as "admin" and re-register your device onto the myzyxel portal from device hyperlink in "Configuration" --> "Licensing" --> "Registration" After finishing those procedure, the device owner should be transferred to your own account.
