I registered a device in the wrong console.

I was working on the configuration of a new device (USG110) when I registered it . The problem was that I had the myzyxell console of an another customer opened in one of my tabs and the device was directly registered there . I tried to unregister the device but there no option to do so . I also opened a case last week but didn't get an answer yet . Is there a fast procedure to remove a device from a console ?

    Hi @Axel
    If you have the device (USG110) in hand, please login to the device as "admin" and re-register your device onto the myzyxel portal from device hyperlink in "Configuration" --> "Licensing" --> "Registration"

    After finishing those procedure, the device owner should be transferred to your own account.
