USG60W - Unable to delete a port forwarding rule created in Easy Mode
I created a port forwarding rule on my USG60W on a previous version of the firmware about 3 years ago, whilst in Easy Mode. I no longer need this rule but I can not delete it in Easy Mode. I can click the Trash Can to the left of the rule and then click Next and it would appear to delete it, but when I look again at the port forwarding rule in Easy Mode it has re-appeared. Can anyone help me please?
Thanks
Darrin
Current version of the firmware is 4.71(AAKZ.0)

Re: AX7501-B0 - Cannot connect to Disney Plus using Wifi - But can via another AP's WiFi
Hi Tonytonygibbs16 said:Hello @WanaGo
From search on the Internet, it seems that there are certain domains that need to be whitelisted in order for DisneyPlus to work.
see for example, the information at https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037591112-Domains-to-Allow-for-Disney-Plus
The extra AP that you have tested is probably going through a different set of firewall rules in the AX7501-B0 though, otherwise it should hit whitelisting issues too...as should your TV, so something else is happening with the mobiles...
Are you able to run a packet tracer on one of your Android phones to see what the different behaviour is on the extra AP compared to on the AX7501-B0's own WiFi?
I have used PacketCapture before, and had success with it on my own Android devices, and it is in the Google Play store, see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.greyshirts.sslcapture&hl=en&pli=1
Alternatively PCAPdroid seems good, see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.emanuelef.remote_capture&hl=en_GB&gl=US , and allows you to export a PCAP file which you could then analyse in Wireshark.
I think that more information is needed to see what is going on.
I hope that this is helpful.
Kind regards,
Tony
Thanks for the reply
So the list of domains you have linked to in that first URL, how do you add them to the Zyxel to whitelist? I cannot see anywhere to add a whitelist of domains...
I will try the packet tracer and see what it shows, will reply back with what I find. As of right now, Disney plus is also not working on the 2nd WiFi or Mobile Data on my phone, so no idea what is going or or what has changed. Ill try again in the morning.
Thanks

Re: Zyxel Armor G5 - NBG7815
Hi Jerry,
I was talking about a major version that would work correctly and include the backup/restore of the configuration (as described in the documentation)
Thanks,
Guillaume

Re: x2 usg100 vpn site-to-site question
asiawatcher,
If you don't set the DNS server point to the DNS server in central site.
Then each branch site will use its own local DNS server.
And that guide didn't include the steps about this part.
So don't worry if you follow the guide to setup.

Re: Which Wan IP ? Lete7490-M904
For the router: 10.106.xxx.xxx.
For internet: 185.55.xxx.xxx.
Your provider use C-NAT

Re: PIXELATED IMAGES IN AUTOCAD GEOMAP LOCATION
Hi @Rodnie,
You can use the feature Security Service > IP Exception to bypass specific security services based on the packet’s source or destination address.
Re: PIXELATED IMAGES IN AUTOCAD GEOMAP LOCATION
Hi @Rodnie,
If you create a rule in Security Policy > Policy Control using FQDN, even if the traffic matches the rule and passed, the passed traffic will then be detected by URL Threat Filter. Here is the packet flow of USG FLEX for your reference.

Re: Playstation 4 On Network USG20
If you have another vpn gateway, build up a vpn tunnel between USG20 and the vpn gateway and force the traffic from Playstation 4 to access the internet through the wan of the vpn gateway.
