Re: POE++ IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 (High Power POE)
Hi @mw_dw,
Thank you for bringing to our attention your requirement for PoE++ class4 type 8 (90W) support on the XGS2220 switch. Although this feature is currently not supported by the switch, please be assured that Zyxel Networks remains committed to meeting the evolving needs of our customers in the PoE++ market.
I will pass your requirement to our switch product team for consideration and add it to our marketing survey list.
Re: Connection of MacBook with 5ghz SSID fails
Hi @PimK82
Our AP currently doesn’t support a reboot schedule feature. However, we recognize that this functionality could be useful for many users, and we would like to propose it as an idea for evaluation.
You can find the link to the idea section below, where you can track its progress:
AP Reboot Schedule feature — Zyxel Community
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions to help us improve our product.

Re: NBG7510 - can I configure it without encapsulation on the WAN port?
Hi @tonygibbs16
If you have already set it up PPPoE on your Zyxel DSL home gateway, then you do not need to set it up again on your NBG7510 router. You can simply connect the WAN port of your NBG7510 to Zyxel DSL and configure the NBG7510 for use as a router.
Re: Nebula - Error saving SSID Schedule
Hello SurfersParadise,
I can confirm your issue and that you are not allone. Since the NCC update 3 days ago this is by design.
I'm getting the same error messaging when I try to update SSID Schedule or Broadcast.
ZYXEL updated our WAX610D Devices after the new NCC Update, but this is not only one Issue after the NCC Update that remains - like it arrived to you, too.
From my point of view as an Escal Engineer, I can not understand very well - how to release this NCC Update without basic rules to QA. To say it loud & cleary, this NCC Update should never have been released in this form.
Maybe ZYXEL will fix this quickly - ZYXEL Support always is great - so it will be fixed.
HTH, Marcolino
PS: @ZYXEL roll back this NCC Update until QA exists. Killing Access Point Mangagemt for guys like @SurfersParadise and others is interesting. Destroying entire infrastructures by making switches unmanageable is even more concerning. For details see CASES ID #366714 internally.
Re: LTE5388-M804 loses network after some time
I've tested today with a VM, and aparently "expect" package can be installed on pfSense without other dependency (of course you must enable Freebsd packages). It sounds a reasonnable risk to add this single unofficial package, at least it won't require a thousand other packages to be installed on the firewall. Of course, it could be a better solution to audit the code and/or ask Netgate to add the package in a future release.

Re: Multy M1Node keeps showing as offline
Actually what I thought was the fixed tuned out to be a red herring. Moving the node further away from the main router didn’t actually fix the issue. The node continued to disconnect after 2 or 3 days.
I have after months of trying found the actual fix.
During the initial (out the box) installation a firmware update is automatically applied. This appears to be the source of the issue. Basically you need to perform a factory reset on both the router and the node. Following that the Android app can no longer perform initial setup as the main router has no internet connection. To fix this you need to connect directly to the router via a browser and the default IP address (192.168.212.1). Once connected the router connects to the internet and you can continue installation using the Android app.
So far the router has been up for 12 days with no disconnections.
Re: HOW TO BLOCK VPN APPLICATION THAT ARE NOT LISTED IN APP PATROL?
Hi @Rodnie ,
You can block VPN server IP in security policy.
src=lan, dst=VPN server IP , service port=443, action =deny/rejtect
Re: GS1350-26HP EEE 802.3bt POE mode on Nebula.
In this particular case it,s a simply scenario of two WAX650S and a GS1350-26HP.
We solved full power isse with 60w Zyxel,s POE Injectors for each AP. :) , I ve reserved the switch POE for other uses (VoIP etc…)
