Re: How do i log in into recently bought router?
Does your Zyxel router connect with ISP LAN directly?
Maybe you can try to reset to factory default:
1.Unplug your WAN port —>2. press the reset button over 10 seconds —→3.reset to factory default.

Re: SmartMesh extremely unstable on two NWA50AX
@Zyxel_Kay Hi! Any news on when I will be able to go back to the default version?
Re: Connection of MacBook with 5ghz SSID fails
The other issues (with workstations) have not returned. All seams to be stable for the workstations now. Thanks for the help.
Re: GS1900-8HP PoE Issue
It gives the message "POE INIT FAIL".
As it is out of warrenty I have opened it and found that a diode was broken on the PCB in the 3.3v switching power supply part that provides power to the Broadcom POE chip.
As a consequence of this TP14 doesn't measure 3.3v
I replaced the diode (B1100 SMD diode) and now my beloved switch is working 100% with POE.
For anyone out of warrenty and doesn't want to put this otherwise good switch in the trash I hope I could help.
Greetings
Tom

Re: Zyxel LTE5398-M904 connected to the cellular network but no Internet access
Guys I returned my router and bought a Huawei… Very sad about this but for me, after the latest update, it got really unstable. After the internet connection loss I was able to log into the router only via cable…
I hope you will find a solution!
And @BruCom, yes, I had the very same sequence of logs after the connection loss.
Re: Zyxel LTE5398-M904 connected to the cellular network but no Internet access
Lastly, also for me no answer from the support!

Re: POE++ IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 (High Power POE)
Hi @mw_dw,
Thank you for bringing to our attention your requirement for PoE++ class4 type 8 (90W) support on the XGS2220 switch. Although this feature is currently not supported by the switch, please be assured that Zyxel Networks remains committed to meeting the evolving needs of our customers in the PoE++ market.
I will pass your requirement to our switch product team for consideration and add it to our marketing survey list.
