Hi,

Very same issue here! Also from Italy. From LTE5398-M904 configuration page everything seems connected, but no internet access. Rebooting the modem restores the connectivity.

Any solution came up? I would be very sorry in returning the modem, I really like it!

Try setting the port to 2.5Gb instead of auto

Need help to move the devices in myzyxel my devices

All devices belong to the same organization
Need to move the devices associated with two emails into a third email that already has other devices.
Obviously don't want to loose any licenses or subscriptions.
Not using Nebula.

I later called the CC. The first person that spoke with me said I should restart, reset and unplug but unfortunately it didn't work. I called following day and the new representative asked me to try the serial number.. VIOLA it went through.
