Ok, could you provide me the specific name from the license server (and perhaps more important which port is used)? The switch has internet access and could be attached to Nebula Control Center, (the ports 4335, 6667 are open. Also 123 for ntp.)

Update: I registered the license in myzyxel.com and linked it to the switch (screenshot 1). But the update under Maintenance ⇒ Service Register ⇒ Update fails with a certificate failure (Screenshot 2). Which certificate is meant by that? System time is correct.
