• Got a response from Zyxel support with this answer: On checking the issue with the blinking like refers to either low signal (which doesn't necessarily need low speed) or a issue with the simcard.

• I'm also jumping in. Mine NR5101 also blinking blue. According to the manual there is no mention of blinking blue light?
