  • I tried with 80 and now everything is disabled and I can't enable any. Webdav is disabled and I thought ZyxelDrive won't work, but it works. From MyZyxelCloud I have hard time accessing the upnp settings.
  • Here are my settings: The Gateway and DNS are my router's IP. I've set in the router DHCP server, so the NAS receives the same IP. The NAS has access to the internet, the ping is successful, firmware checking and updating works. Since I've set manual IP to the NAS, I also set NAT Forwarding in the router: So I enter the…
  • Yes, I guess this feature is gone. I think it was a very clever feature as you could move files through Dropbox. Now whats the point of having a copy of Dropbox folder in the NAS as you have it already in your computer? For Google drive I understand it, you don't have it locally. By the way, Rory, is your Dropbox working…

  • I connected the disk with esata but it looks like its not ext4 or similar file system. I says "linux raid member". Is it possible to mount it and read it? I have found some commands, will they work, I don't want to loose my data? $ mdadm --assemble --run /dev/md0 /dev/sdc3 $ mount /dev/md0 /mnt/test
  • Yes, I will connect them to my PC's esata locally. The iSCSI is small, I have backuped to the single drives. I was wondering if the system would alarm that its missing. I guess not. Thank you for your answer!
  • The drives can be configured in many different ways. Currently my NAS542 have similar arrangement. 2 disks in RAID1 and another 2 standalone. There are some apps from Zyxel, not sure for 3d party though.
  • Mijzelf, thank you very much for your valuable support and your time! The script you gave me works and my NAS no longer switches MACs. I also set a with fixed IP for the NAS and so far it works without noticeable differences. That solves the gateway issue. The UPnP issues remain, but that is for another topic.
  • Isn't that my case? I have a fixed IP from my Internet provider going in my router. Then I've setup the DHCP to give same IP to the NAS on MAC basis. I get it, it's dynamic, because it's a setting in the router, while on the NAS no IP is set up, rather to auto receive it and the router is responsible to give a certain IP…
  • The Gateway thing still don't work, I have to set it manually. Mijzelf, you said something about being close to fixed IP. What did you mean?
  • Can I change it to >1024? In MyCloud, if I type a different number, it fails and changes the number after that.
  • Again, I'm not sure if I've done the right thing, but what I've done is to add a Virtual Server: Thanks for the script. I don't understand that -G thing, but I'll test it later.
  • Pardon me, I didn't know that. My router is TP-Link Archer C2300. There are a few other models from this manufacturer that have Link Aggregation as well as some from Netgear I think, but yes, it's a rare feature. The other options are SRC only and DST only. Yes, it's enabled. WebDAV is the only service I…
  • Well, yes, Zyxel Drive works now and MyCloud shows statistics. The MAC shown there is still M1. I tried to apply some UPnP setting like HTTP, but it gives me failure. What switch do you mean? I don't have a switch. This is in the router's configuration and these are the only options there for Link Aggregation (as seen in…
