If you know how to install other 3rd party VPN tool then you can try it, but officially, Zyxel's package doesn't have VPN client package so you can't install it, even upgrade.

While you create the share folder, there is a dropdown list called "Location", then you can select the 2nd volume as place to store data.

No way to enable it, since samba version is old as 3.5.6 and doesn't support SMB 3.

NAS can always be accessible, so If you already installed the package yourself, but would like to know accessible or not, through my experience, it should base on what you set on postgresql configuration to allow who can access the device.

Have you manually setup static address for your NAS326? IP, DNS and gateway, then you can manually modify the UPnP port in UPnP port Mapping page. And to unregister the device and reinstall the myzyxelcloud package, then do again the pair program. Moreover, your NAS326 should find the UPnP router and show in this page.

Hello, Zyxel has the design only available on NSA325/NSA325 v2, so you can't find it and mount it. You can only mount the folder which is under volume1 one by one.

Is your volume gone? Or HDD can be detected and volume still there, but you can't see the shared folder? You may describe more about your problem, if possible, that you can provide the sceenshot for your problem.

What is your firmware version and waht kind of RAID type would you like to create? Can you also provide the screenshot here for reference?
