1. it is doable, but you need to replace one by one and wait for resync process done to replace another one. 2. it is easier than 1., create the new volume and create a new folder on this volume, then move all file from old folder to new folder through file browser in web GUI.

The process will reset the configuration only, so data would not be effected. But you should remember to enable the shared folder you created in shared management in web GUI

have you tried reset your device via hw button? Or try to reset https via console? # /etc/init.d/httpd restart

how about set up the static IP to your network card and try 192.168.1.2? or you can check your client list in your router to check if the both WREs received the IP address from your router, then you can use the IP address to access web interface.

why you can't authentication your iSCSI? NFS is inactive? how your to configure the NFS link on your device?

if you can create a the new volume by delete all content with your old/new disk, try to put the hard disk to windows/OSX to format the old file system information. Then put them back to NAS to create the volume again.

NAS326 is SMB 2.0, did you try use "\\NAS_IP\" in your address bar in your file explorer?

is it block by router? to check listen port for NAS, try these command: "losf -i", "netstat -tulpn"
