It seems like you are using the same WAN. Dont use the IPPT IP (165.233.23.240)from the NR7101 (AKA the device connect to NR7101). I think normally they will not release the root PW for user. Or can you say what kind of function you want to achieve?

It is Zyxel's design in IPPT mode for the user to access GUI of NR7101 from the LAN side. You can try use another PC from the WAN side to access the GUI of 165.233.23.241. Which is not possiable. If you can ping 165.233.23.241 from the WAN side that might be another device.

I checked the data sheet on EX3301-T0 and it shows as follow. It shows that EX3301-T0 only test to pair with WX3100. I think it is not guarantee NR5103Ev2 and EX3301-T0 can mesh.
