@Proxinfo I have a customer that use Zyxel USG110 with SSO, working well.The domain controller is a Windows Server 2016.In your case, all users are in the same sub-network?

Hi @Proxinfo Verify if the workstations has a antivirus blocking the ports or windows firewall. You can use diagnose tools for check the comunication between SSO and workstation.

Hi @Zyxel_Cooldia Is very important the SSO here on Brazil, all customers question about SSO to be support with windows server 2016 and 2019. I think that the Zyxel should prioritize this case.
