Hello, I have ATP200 and creating a new rule does not have the profile option for IDP. Just App Patrol, Content Filter and SSL Inspection. The rules for IDP are updated to the latest, but I have never seen a hit, suspect because the profile is not available to be loaded. Not shown below is From: Wan

It shows "enabled" but it is not, because its not on Gold. It cannot currently be changed to "disabled". UI issue, I will expect it will be resolved in future edition. 

But the IPSecVPN does not work with Nebula. Evidently the Nail-Up option is missing. I removed from Nebula and factory-defaulted to on-premise mode and had it set up and working in under 30 minutes. I spent close to 20 hours tinkering with Nebula with no success. In my humble opnion, Nebula is not ready for prime time…

But you can't do that, because it is in use by your router. Seems can only be done with a different external ip. Or Native Interface. Or a different cloud router.

I don't see these in the drop-down. Just peck them in and click add_new? It can't be that smart. Can't create an object or object_group because it is so smart...lol.

And how do you manage it in Nebula?

Sounds like signaling issue maybe port like 5060 needs to be set as trigger. Also double check phone vendor firewall rules and apply to ap's, test exclude wifi phone ip's from security service.

Yes. It is non Nebula. I talked to support, not available at this time. Have to factory default and set up in native mode. Or I can change local subnet, or use Lan2 and 2nd Nic in server. 

It's near end 2022 and I can't do nothing I need to do but look at stuff and reboot. Adding a user or manage content filtering, so I guess keep using website on mobile device. Don't need to upload any pictures. SMH

Adding a picture is cool, but when can I add a user or configure reconfigure anything, like a lan, wan or vlan?
