you can try to set the 5G WIFI channel to the other channel, such as 48. Then see if the Kindle can connection to the WIFI or not.

hi there I would suggest you to check with your ISP (if your VMG3625 came from your ISP) or check with Zyxel local support in Turkey.
-
hi there I would suggest you separate the SSID to 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Network Setting → Wireless → Mesh → MPro Mesh → disable Network Setting → Wireless → General → Keep the same settings for 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks → disable Then you should able to set 2.4Ghz and 5Gh separately.

According to your screenshot, these three devices are already in a Mesh network. Where the problem is??

Hi there it seems this device doesn't support this kind of feature.

hi there Normally, it depends on the device's capability and limits the wifi clients as 32 to ensure the stability. On the other hand, as I know the device support 32 clients for each 2.4G and 5G wifi, which means 32 + 32 clients. Maybe you can try to set some of your devices to 2.4G SSID.

It seems your Grandma's EX5401-B0 comes from the ISP?? I would suggest to check with the ISP if any newer firmware for EX5401-B0.

Not very sure what the question is in your post? Ethernet Backhaul or Mesh with other easymesh devices?? For Ethernet Backhaul, yes, WX3100 should support Ethernet Backhaul. For other easymesh devices, it would better to use both WX3100 in the Mesh network.

Hi there, Not sure if you get the VMG1312 for your ISP or not. If yes, you may need to check with the ISP.

This is an old model and I believe it is phase out for many years. Maybe you could check with your friend who give it to you and ask him how he set this OLT before?
-
Too bad, if the device came from WindTre, I guess the firmware is also a customized version (not the standard version in this post) and can only be updated/managed by WindTre. It seems still need to check with WindTre.

hi there, these are my suggestions: remove all wired devices. try to keep pressing the reset button for 10 seconds. If the WX3100 still can't boot up normally, I would suggest to contact the local support for checking this device.

hi there I think T-Mobile force the device to use HTTPS for better security. When you were redirected to the HTTPS, can you process the connection via HTTPS? If you can, I think it is the design.

Hi there You may need to check it with your ISP for FW upgrade.
