  • Hi @Monald Your Zywall USG200 has 1Gbit/s ports on the WAN side. SPI Firewall Throughput is 250Mbit/s and UTM Throughput is 40Mbit/s. In order to make use of the full speed you would need at least a new USG Flex 100 or a USG Flex 200. I use a USG Flex 200 on a 2.5Gbit/s connection and I get a max download of 850 t0…
  • hi @Zyxel_Judy I disabled the support access and I am not going to enable it again in this case. I am not sure what information could be helpful to solve the problem now, as I deleted the DNS entry on the USG Flex. I tried a different privat DNS and it showed the same result. The situation as it is, is unpleasant, but it's…
  • hi @gacquier according to this Distinguishing between Smart Mesh and Wireless Bridge: Features and supported models — Zyxel Community both AP's have to support wireless bridge. I only have NWA130BE's installed.
  • Did you check Site-wide > Configure > Access points > AP & port settings Under Port settings LAN1 has to be enabled too.
  • hello @Zyxel_Judy now access to the website from the internet is broken. I reversed the settings on the firewall. It is key that the website is accessible from the internet. Local access isn't the main priority. I'll leave the settings on Edge as it is. For the windows machines, I'll edit the hosts file on each of them.…
  • thank you, I'll try that later today I did try the IP Exception, runs perfectly now. thanks again @Zyxel_Melen
  • hello @Zyxel_Melen I guess you can close this case. I know how things were when I had the Asus Mesh Router installed. So I moved one back to connect it again and see how things would be. I started with with connecting it to the ISP router. Things were like they used to be. No buffering, channels came up quik, very smooth.…
  • I use NCC The Information were already given to the support-team. @Zyxel_Judy is working on another issue on the Main site, The USG Flex 200 is on the Branch site.
  • Yes it is. In total I have 2 TV-Boxes and 2 SmartTVs all of them are affected and show the same behaviour.
  • hello @Zyxel_Melen The current setup is ISP router - TV-Box (on WLAN), ISP router - USG Flex 200 (DMZ, static IP on WAN1) The setup not working well was: ISP router (modem mode) - USG Flex 200 (DHCP, public IP on WAN1) - GS1915-24E - NWA130BE - TV-Box UTM features where all turned off for testing, it had the same result.…
  • Registering a USG Flex with nebula will erase all on-premise settings. I know that you can pre-configure the USG Flex on Nebula before installing. I don't know if it will work with an USG Flex that is already in use.
  • Hello @Zyxel_Judy I got the message. But we might have a little problem here. The instructions are for on-premise, I am using NCC. There's no local settings page here for me.
  • Inter-VLAN routing goes thru the Flex100, and it eats up alot of bandwith. This should not be the case when all devices are on the same VLAN. Is it possible to connect the wired client over WLAN to see if the other devices show up?
  • The local IP of the wired client is within the range of the wireless clients? I'm just asking this because I don't see how untagged or tagged traffic could have an impact. Layer2 traffic is handled by the switch. Nothing should block traffic on the same VLAN.
  • Ok I am using NCC so I can't really tell how to check the settings localy But there has to be something wrong with the WLAN settings for VLAN55. Traffic-Options should have Local Bridge enabled On Advanced Settings Layer2 Isolation and Intra-BSS Traffic Blocking need to be disabled
