Hi @GuntherM 1. Given the fact that GS1510 is a smart (web) managed switch with no console port can be used for further investigation, the recommended action for current situation is to use the reset button (on front panel), by pressing it over around 5 seconds, the device would be restored to factory default setting and…

Hi, Can you capture the "PoE Status" and "System Log" of your switch for us? Please specify which port your NWA1123-AC-Pro is connecting. Moreover, do you have any "time range" configuration on the PoE ports? Sincerely, Zyxel_Lucious

Hi Charlie, We'd like to firstly clarify the question before figuring out the cause. Based on your description, the topology is roughly like below Your problem is VLAN10 cannot ping to VLAN20/30 (vice versa), but all NIC can surf internet? Could you also check your router if there is any specific ACL for those VLANs?

Hi @Daniel1981, Welcome to Zyxel Community! The product model in the youtube clip is actually our GS1900 series switch. So the web interface is kind of different from GS1920 series which you have right now. May I know is there any particular concern you have? By the way, in regard to 1920 or above series of products,…

@RuiDaCruz Maybe there is another device with 192.168.1.1 in the network? You may try change the GS1900's IP to 192.168.1.2 to see if problem solves. Zyxel_Lucious

@RuiDaCruz Welcome to Zyxel community. Can you be more specific about what "other configuration" is? such as VLAN or PVID? Our current suggestion is to make sure you factory-default reset the switch by pressing reset button for over 10 secs and release. Then you can use ZON utility to find out what exact IP the switch is.…

@nafetsreuab In addition, may we also know your network application/scenario involving Linux cluster, Cisco Nexus, and our XS3800 stacking switches? Is it like a data center? And what model is the Cisco Nexus switch? Zyxel_Lucious

@imaohw After checking the log, 1. As long as DHCP snooping is enabled, DHCP packets will all be processed by CPU no matter which VLAN they belong or what dst address they go. According to your config "dhcp snooping vlan 1-2,5-6,10,20,99,133,201-202", there could be considerable numbers of DHCP packet which can possibly…

@nafetsreuab Here are our local test result. The difference seems not as big as yours. We wonder if your servers/switch had some traffic loading during the test? Would you mind to test again with lower loading? Look forward to your reply, thanks. Zyxel Lucious

@PeterUK In short, it's like switch adding "user-define options" into DHCP packets when forwarding them. Correct? Zyxel_Lucious
-
@PeterUK So the option you desire can be added when switch's management is set as DHCP client? Zyxel_Lucious

@imaohw Could you provide tech-support log to us? Zyxel_Lucious

@PeterUK Do you mean something like this? Zyxel_Lucious
