• I succeeded, in the end what was missing in the various guides was the setting in VPN connection, in Related Settings, with its zone.

• the problem is that when it happens I can not even access locally the web panel of the USG40, it also blocks the management on the local IP address.

• connected in wan via an external modem, when the blocking happens I just have to restart the USG, the connectivity part works regularly on the connected modem.
