@Zyxel_Cooldia I will load the firmware next time I see the issue happen. I am just letting it run now. As for issue number 2: Do you want me to run these commands below: Collet diag-info usgflex200h> cmd diagnostics diaginfo collect ac start Check diag-info collection status usgflex200h> show diagnostics diaginfo collect…

Hi @Zyxel_Cooldia Will this firmware have more advanced logging built into it? I am just curious is all. Thank you.

For issue number 1 and number 2 the issues are not there, because the unit has been rebooted and no issues are happening now. I would much rather schedule a web session the next time it happens. Would you like me to run those commands as that will capture a log? I would much rather set up advanced logging. For issue number…

So I fixed it. It turns out under "VPN Connection". The checkbox next to "Use Policy Route to control dynamic IPSec rules" was checked. I unchecked it and everything started working as usual. That was causing all the traffic to be blocked. Thank you for help and sorry for the confusion.

Yes that is correct as I am pulling a different ip address on the 192.168.7.x as an example. Thank you.

What are the parameters for the zone that needs to be set? Thank you.

I think you are misunderstanding my issue. The client connects just fine and has no issues. I am not able to access resources on the internal lan once the authentication / connection is established. The logs show connection is fine the traffic is being blocked hence what my first post stated.

I am using remote access with the windows client. It sounds like a policy control issue that is knocking down the traffic. It is really confusing.

I took the Wan Failover out of it and it is. It working at all now. So I get your point.

Yes it work before, but I am able to establish the connection just fine with no issues, but after authentication is successful I am not able to access the devices on the internal network (LAN1) using the VPN connection. Everything works when you are on the internal LAN as expected, but not using the VPN through another…

Hi Peter.....You are correct nothing is working on the VPN, but if you are not on the VPN everything else works as expected. So I would need a policy route or an actual firewall rule? I would not say many issues, but just not able to connect to internal devices on LAN1 through the VPN, but I am able to authenticate…

I did that in that exact order as that is exactly how the video instructed, but I did not the results as you indicated. The second connection was still pinging and never went to an inactive state. Thank you for your answer though. Do you happen to have any other suggestions?

Thank you! That worked!

Well an update I called into support and found out the tool does not support the Zywall 110, but only the USG110. There is a difference between the two. I ended up manually copying the settings from old USG 50. So all is good now. Thank you for all your help.

Yes I converted the file first and then I get the same error when trying to upload the file to the USG 110. Do I nedd to do something else? I followed the online instructions. Thank you.
