Issues With Firmware V1.10(ABZH.1)

I am noticing two issues in firmware V1.10(ABZH.1) that I have had my firewall not work correctly.

For example, adding an Object - Address we got an "undefined error" and the GUI is not refreshing showing the new Address. I am also not able to remove an address. The "Remove" selection is greyed out. I was on the phone with support and the firewall needed to be rebooted and the firewall worked with no issues, but since i installed it I have to reboot it twice.
I had to do a complete reboot, because my firewall's Default Gateway was down and not reachable. The web GUI was not working either. This happened last week sometime. Another reboot of the firewall fixed this.

These are a couple bugs I would like to report.

Could you provide the device web gui access in PM, we would like to check the issue#1.

As for issue#2, when the issue occur, is the console available at that time, assume it the console is available, please help us to collect diag-info.

For issue number 1 and number 2 the issues are not there, because the unit has been rebooted and no issues are happening now. I would much rather schedule a web session the next time it happens.

Would you like me to run those commands as that will capture a log? I would much rather set up advanced logging. For issue number 2 the Web GUI is not available at all as the unit is rendered unusable. It is running fine now as I rebooted it.

Just an FYI this is my production unit and I was told by US Support to post this here.

Firmware is provided in PM. It is mainly for issue 1.

As for issue 2, please help us collect diag-info via the serial console when the issue occurs.

@Zyxel_Cooldia I will load the firmware next time I see the issue happen. I am just letting it run now. As for issue number 2: Do you want me to run these commands below:

Collet diag-info

usgflex200h> cmd diagnostics diaginfo collect ac start

Check diag-info collection status

usgflex200h> show diagnostics diaginfo collect status

What are the proper serial port settings for Flex series? Thank you.
