Upgrading from a USG 50 to a USG 110 using USG Convertor

Hello....I am trying to upgrade my firewall from a USG 50 to a USG 110 and I was using the USG Configuration Convertor. It says this is supported I converted the file correctly, but I get an error below:

ermo: -39010
ermo: Invalid or other Model's configuration file

and I know the firmware on the USG 110 is V4.32(AAAA.0) and the firmware on the USG 50 is V3.30(BDS.7). Any ideas would be helpful? Is there something else I am missing? I would like to upgrade my firewall, but do not want to recreate all my settings. That could take forever. Thank you.

Did you use configuration convert before uploading configuration to USG110?

It looks you uploaded USG50 configuration to USG110 directly..

Because this error is coming from configuration exist USG50 model info in the title.

Yes I converted the file first and then I get the same error when trying to upload the file to the USG 110. Do I nedd to do something else? I followed the online instructions. Thank you.

Well an update I called into support and found out the tool does not support the Zywall 110, but only the USG110. There is a difference between the two. I ended up manually copying the settings from old USG 50. So all is good now. Thank you for all your help.
