I received a first beta version of a bugfix yesterday, but within ~30hrs the problem presented again. Good news is, a fix seems to be on the way. I wouldn't know what the fix is about exactly, but during the lifespan of my support ticket there's been a lot of talking about a "watchdog" which should have to do with the idea…

copied from my comment 54471, as I believe it's just as relevant here as it is over there. I also have tried to switch to vodafone italy. While more stable than iliad, I still see the same problem, albeit a little less frequently. It seems bandwidth utilization is a factor here, with most -if not all- of my disconnections…

any updates on this from zyxel? without a firmware fix we are left with the temptation to jailbreak the device and login with supervisor user and do it ourselves, but frankly it would be nice to see a fix given one was ready made by JeanFrancois

any updates on this? I am having the same problem, trying to see if I can access with root via a script called zyxel_pwgen that was originally meant for installing openwrt on the box, but I am having troubles installing it. This comment may be removed by zyxel, I doubt they are fond of people jailbreaking their devices,…
