@mMontana and @Zyxel_Stanley Thank you for the suggestions! I will configure Google per your recommendations. I also remembered that we can connect a USB Drive to the firewall and collect logs that way, too. Thank you for all your help!

@splayer7 I checked our firewall logs, and noticed warnings: I import the logs into Excel to keep a baseline for the firewalls. WAN has been disabled for admin. I have our logs setup to alert us of all attempts to access the firewall (actual users and bad actors). I hope that helps!

Hello, I am having a similar problem. I updated our ZyWALL 110 to firmware V4.39(AAAA.0) and since then have not been able to login via VPN.
