@pjohnson333 If your switch is on Nebula, then should check it on site wide>general settings

@nail_adler, So there is no TVbox on the upper floor and once the issue occur not only the LeD not lit but traffic also not pass-through? Will the issue happen when you install the Tvbox on the upper flooer?
-
@IanR, Looks like this is the known issue on Ubiquiti to drew the wrong topology. Incorrect topology shown in controller map | Ubiquiti Community Unifi topology map showing AP connected to another AP | Ubiquiti Community Also, don't think it will lead the traffic down, did you enable mesh on those APs?
-
@support_rcor Have you try Windows system restore to the earlier point?
-
@JackAninco, It should not have any problem, any issue you have?
-
@Juan_SUS Did you try to put this domain in white list on content filtering? *.googleusercontent.com
-
@alebri78 You can use zon to scan it. ZON Utility Zyxel ONE Network Utility | Zyxel But I think you will find the switch IP is192.168.1.3, since the default setting is not DHCP so you cannot find it on the router. I used to set my computer with IP 192.168.1.X then can access to the switch.
-
@alebri78, I don't think it's the GS1200 web login page, did you ever login before and change the setting? If not then it will use the default static IP 192.168.1.3, you can set static IP on pc and connect cable to login.

@MaartenB Encoutnerted the same problem before, it's looks like the browser has keep the old password once use the private browsing mode then can access with the new password.

Remote!

@accurro Have you check "IKE and AuthIP..." entry status in service? It's works for me and because IPsec VPN client will deactivate this service so once L2TP not work then I will check this and activate it.
-
@KoenP Have you check L2TP pool size? If it's /32 then sure it can only allow one connection.
-
@STIENTAFIREWALL Is your NSG located behind the NAT gateway? You will need to configure the port forwarding on UDP port 500 and 4500 (in NAT gateway).
-
@andrewgroup Have you try to re-activate the L2TP? I got the same problem before and it can work. WAN IP should display in the security gateway page.?
-
@dpat NSG didn't block any traffic between LANs in default setting, what's the issue you encounter?
